# Token Utility

### Staked:

• **Access and Membership**: Holding Adpod tokens will grant users access to Platform, advanced targeting options, and exclusive advertising opportunities within the Adpod ecosystem.

• **Discounted Rates**: Token holders may benefit from discounts for certain paid services within the platform.

• **DAO Governance**: Adpod token holders can participate in decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) governance, exercising voting rights on platform decisions and initiatives.

• Early Adpod adopters can earn up to 30% additional tokens as they stake their tokens.

### Token Value Management:

• A 5% Token Tax fee will be applied to users' transactions, which will be used for project development and marketing.

• Additionally, 10% of all tokens collected from advertising service payments, regardless of the currency used (token or fiat), will be converted into Adpod tokens and burnt.
